Balboa & Newport Hall

Balboa and Newport Hall are two Residence Halls with combined community and is fondly known as Balport. The 300 residents of Balboa and Newport are supported by eight Resident Assistants who develop community programming. Balboa and Newport Hall are designed to house upper-division students. These four story Halls utilize a quad floor plan in which four rooms share a large living area. The rooms are designed for double and quadruple occupancy.
