Professor René Molina is the Director and Professor of the Graduate Organizational Psychology Program at Vanguard University. A Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Psychology, he specializes in the intersection of organizational fairness, leadership, and commitment within diverse organizations. He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Evaluation and a Master's in Theology, where he specialized on the ethics and leadership of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Additionally, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Theology with an emphasis on leadership from Vanguard University.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, Professor Molina brings a unique and personal perspective to his work. Married since 2014 to his best friend, Keily, they have a son and two beloved beagles.

In addition to his academic work, Professor Molina is part of the senior leadership at a leading intergenerational and multicultural civil society organization in Los Angeles. With a portfolio of over 20 programs, it partners with public and private agencies to create positive social impact. He also serves as an advisor to federal and civic officials, helping shape policies that promote ethical leadership and organizational excellence. As a scholar, practitioner, and leader, Professor Molina is committed to advancing our understanding of leadership, ethics, and organizational psychology, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

She is the author of “The Canary Code: A Guide to Neurodiversity, Dignity, and Intersectional Belonging at Work” (Berrett-Koehler Publishers, April 2024) and the editor of Evidence-Based Organizational Practices for Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (Cambridge Scholars, December 2023). She regularly writes for Harvard Business Review, Fast Company and Psychology Today.

Dr. Praslova is a talent strategy expert with extensive experience in global diversity and neurodiversity. She provided neuroinclusion training to organizations such as Amazon, Bank of America, and MIT. She has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and is a Senior Certified Human Resources Practitioner (SHRM-SCP).

She is passionate about supporting a new generation of organizational practitioners and teaching students to create thriving workplaces.

Professor Stephanie R. Dailey is a doctoral candidate at Claremont Graduate University specializing in organizational behavior, with a research focus on leadership, organizational justice, and employee engagement. Her work examines how leader integrity, fairness, and motivational climates shape individual and collective outcomes, including disengagement, burnout, and counterproductive work behaviors.

In addition to her research, she has 12 years of experience at UC Irvine as a higher education administrator, supporting leaders in implementing strategic initiatives and managing projects. She holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Biola University.

Stephanie is the proud mother of a 15-year-old daughter and shares her home with a golden retriever and two cats. She discovered a love for watercolor painting during the pandemic and enjoys creating art in her spare time. As a scholar, teacher, coach, and lifelong learner, she is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations flourish through integrity, purpose, and effective leadership.
