What makes a Vanguard student different? Their character. Our students not only attend class with excellent academic content, they are mentored by professors and staff across campus. A Vanguard student is taught what it means to live life with integrity. This makes our students stand out in the workplace.
Host a recruitment table on campus to connect with students, increase your visibility by sharing company information, and support your recruiting efforts.
On-campus recruiting is a great way to engage students for jobs, internships and volunteer opportunities. In order to be approved for on-campus recruiting, please fill out the form by clicking on the below link. We have a committee that will review your information and will get back to you as to the status of your request.
On-campus recruiting requests must be submitted 30 days prior to your recruiting date. Vanguard University gives priority to groups that have partnered with Vanguard in the past through one of Career Services’ annual resource fairs.
PLEASE NOTE if you do not show up on your scheduled date for on campus recruiting without prior notification, per our policy, you will have to re-apply in the following semester.
We believe that one of the best ways for students to succeed is to explore and experience opportunities first hand. Our Job Shadow Program allows current students to meet with current professionals to explore opportunities in a given industry while giving the employer access to potential candidates for internship and job openings.
Our upcoming Job Shadow Program will take place between March 18-22, 2024.
By offering internships to Vanguard University students, you are helping train and develop the next generation of professionals. Paid internships are an excellent addition to your organization, as they give you the chance to:
Find potential future employees who are motivated to succeed
Gain new perspectives from a diverse student demographic
Complete important projects more efficiently
Enhance the visibility of your organization on campus and in the community
By participating in on-campus recruiting or posting a job/internship on Handshake, employers agree to follow the policies set forth below.
