Holds are placed on student accounts that have outstanding requirements due. Students can check their Self-Service to see if a balance is due, or if any documents are incomplete.

Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days of your aid disbursing to your student account. Usually, the majority of student’s aid will disburse within the first 3-4 weeks of classes.

Refund checks are not available for pick up in the Cashier’s office. The fastest way to receive your refund is by setting up an eRefund account online, so we can direct deposit the funds into your bank account. Log into your Self-Service portal, and click the "Banking Information" tile, to set up an eRefund account. eRefund accounts only need to be created once; all future refunds will be processed to this account.

1098Ts are available online at the end of January. Log into your Self-Service portal and click the “Tax Information" tile.

If you are living on campus and have a weekly meal plan, please contact the Housing Office for any changes. Our office offers two block options for commuter meal plans (25 meals or 50 meals). They can be purchased in our office or via www.vanguard.edu/campuscash.

Cleaning deposits will be issued back to students in June.

Payments can be submitted in the Cashier’s Office with cash or check or online through MyBill with debit card or electronic check. Credit cards are NOT an accepted payment method.

Payment plan enrollment is available online through MyBill.
