Students may enroll in two 8-week classes per semester, or choose to enroll up to four courses in a semester, or two nights per week as an accelerated option.

1. Hybrid Format - Students attend class in-person or remotely, and complete additional online assignments facilitated by the professor.

2. Online Format - Students complete online assignments independently facilitated by the professor.

3. Hyflex Format - Students may choose to attend class in-person or on zoom, or may choose to complete alternative assignments independently that meet the same objectives for that class session.*

There are dual enrollment options for ADN students. The program can be completed in as few as 10 months. Class sizes are intentionally small and classes may be taken out of order.  Classes are available fall, spring and summer terms.

*Online students are combined in courses with students in live, hybrid courses.

The baccalaureate degree program in nursing and master’s degree program in nursing at Vanguard University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, 655 K Street NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791.
