Partnering with Cornerstone City Church, this team will be serving alongside the church and other US teams in the annual 'I Heart Derry' service week. During our time, the team will be heavily involved in VBS and kids ministry, soccer ministry, prayer ministry, and supporting the church in any way we can. Northern Ireland continues to experience significant conflict between the Protestant and Catholic churches and the heart for our time there is to be peacemakers, express the love of Jesus and encourage the local church.

This trip is a great opportunity to love God and love others in simple and practical ways and is a wonderful example of how the body of Christ can come from all over to work together and serve together for the purpose of building His Kingdom.

Please note, your contribution is tax-deductible and non-refundable. If for any reason this team raises more than needed to cover the cost of the trip, the Global Education & Outreach Office will reallocate the funds to scholarship other students or provide additional ministry supplies. If due to some unforeseen circumstance a student is unable to participate in this trip, your gift will still be used to support the outreach efforts of Vanguard University.  In the unusual event that the trip is cancelled, your gift will be used for a future team or another global outreach of Vanguard University.
