Vanguard University offers a variety of resources that may be valuable to students with disabilities. Students with disabilities should self-advocate and seek out resources that will best support their success at Vanguard. Below you will find a number of resources offered by the University, as well as referrals to outside services that may provide an additional level of support.

Campus Resources

ABLE is a student-led club acting to raise awareness and promote advocacy for people with disabilities by cultivating a safe environment for meaningful dialogue and education.

The Academic Resource Center (ARC) offers tutoring, academic success coaching, supplemental instruction, and student success seminars.

The Vanguard Bookstore offers textbooks for purchase or rent, supplies, and apparel both in store and online.

Career Services provides relevant resources, avenues for exploration & career advising.

Commuter Life supports and connects commuter students to all Vanguard has to offer. 

Personal counseling services are available to all currently enrolled Vanguard students at the Counseling Center.

The Health Center provides quality health and wellness care to supplement students' existing health care plans for acute illnesses and injuries in a safe, comfortable, and confidential environment.

Through its personnel, resources, and services, the library supports the student learning outcomes, goals, and curriculum of Vanguard University.

Living Well seeks to assist members of the Vanguard community in meeting their basic needs, such a food and housing.

Spiritual Formation empowers students through chapel and discipleship, and serves as a resource to the Vanguard community and beyond.

The Veterans Center exists to engage student veterans in the pursuit of academic and personal success.

The Writing Center assists undergraduate and graduate students with written projects at any stage of the writing process.
