Submit your $300 Enrollment Deposit online or with a credit card over the phone at 714.966.5496. Deposits are being accepted on a rolling basis – submit yours as soon as you are ready to commit.

The Enrollment Deposit is refundable in writing through May 1. 

Schedule a 30-minute in-person, phone or virtual appointment here. Review your financial aid and offer letter in your Self-Service portal.

Living on campus? After submitting your $300 enrollment deposit, submit your $200 housing deposit then submit your On-Campus Housing Application. Housing is not guaranteed so promptly complete after deciding to become a Vanguard Lion. Students will be placed in housing on a first come first served basis. Students must submit their $200 housing deposit and online housing application to be assigned.

Living off campus? After submitting your $300 enrollment deposit, submit your Off-Campus Petition and supporting documentation.

Request your official final transcript(s) to be sent to Vanguard University no later than August 1. Failure to do so may impact financial aid eligibility.

Complete the Student Account Clearance process with the Office of Accounting Operations by August 1. Information will be provided at Academic Registration.

Complete your English Diagnostic. Check your vanguard.edu email for the Canvas invite and complete one week prior to your selected Academic Registration date.
