Electronic Transcripts

• Price: $8.00 per transcript
• Processing time: 24-48 hours, subject to technological delays
• Delivery: Recipient will receive an email with a secure link and instructions to download the official transcript.
• Note: If you elect to have the transcript delivered to yourself, the transcript will no longer be official.

Sending Transcripts to Other Colleges

• Important: If you open the PDF document or hard copy of your transcript before sending it to another college, the transcript will be deemed as unofficial.
• Recommendation: It is recommended that you list the college of your choice as the direct recipient.

Paper Transcripts

• Price: $10.00 per copy
• Delivery: Mailed by standard USPS mail
• Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days

Rush Transcript Orders

• Additional cost: $25.00
• Only available for paper transcripts: Rush orders are only available for paper transcripts.
• Processing time: Rush orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery: Rush orders are delivered by FedEx Overnight Domestic and a tracking number will be provided.
