Databases

We subscribe to a growing number of online databases. These are accessible off campus for currently enrolled students and Vanguard faculty and staff. Ask a librarian for more information. Guests must come to the library to use the databases.

A comprehensive list of all databases at Vanguard University Library can be found below. Databases are also organized by subject and resource type.

  • ACS Archives (American Chemical Society): articles from various scientific journals
  • Advertising Periodicals, 1815-1888 (EBSCO): The titles in the Advertising Periodicals, 1815-1888 collection illustrate consumer marketing in the 19th century, showing the various goods and services available and how retailers marketed them.
  • AHFS Consumer Medication Information (EBSCO): trusted source and recognized standard for patient drug information
