In 2024, the school was named in honor of Patty Arvielo, a nationally-recognized business leader and award-winning entrepreneur. Business & Management
Offering a BA in Accounting (on campus), BA in Business Administration (online and on campus), BA in Marketing (on campus) a BA in Management (online) and a MPAc.
Communication
Offering a BA in Communication (on campus) with two distinctive concentrations in creative media, a BA in Digital Marketing & Public Relations and a BA in Organizational Communication.
Organizational Psychology
Offering an MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology in a unique experiential learning format designed for working professionals.

Impacting the Future: Patty Arvielo
Patty Arvielo is a first-generation Hispanic entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of New American Funding, the largest Hispanic woman-owned mortgage lender in the United States. Launched in 2003, the company has since grown to become one of the largest mortgage lenders in the country, originating more than $67 billion in loans annually.
Patty began her career in the mortgage industry at age 16, rising through the ranks to become a highly respected and awarded leader in the field.
Patty is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Residential Board of Governors and serves on the board of directors of several organizations that promote economic opportunity for women and minorities.
She is the first Hispanic woman to have a school of business named after her.
