One of the things I love most about my job is watching our students, through a great deal of perseverance and hard work on their part, develop skills and strengths in teaching that they didn't know they could have. This measurable difference from meaningful learning creates a beautiful confidence and sense of ownership in them that gives me tremendous joy.
