The Education Specialist (MMSN) Teaching Credential program at Vanguard University is designed for aspiring educators who hold bachelor’s degrees and want to pursue a teaching career in California. Our credential program is accredited by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and includes supervised clinical practice fieldwork designed to give you hands-on training in a classroom setting.
With your Education Specialist (MMSN) preliminary teaching credential, you will be authorized to teach, assess, and support students with mild/moderate support needs in grades K-12 and up to age 22.
