Masters of Science Degree
VU's Professional Master of Science Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology is 40 credit hours—completed over four semesters—and culminates with the completion of an applied project. Our courses provide you with foundational and hands-on application of current strategic HR and business consulting competencies.
*All of our courses are offered online synchronous, though the program includes two required, in-person weekend intensives local to Vanguard University in sunny Southern California at the start and the end of the program.
