Accelerated Masters Degree
Offered specifically to senior undergrad students, VU's Accelerated Organizational Psychology and People Operations Master of Science degree allows students to complete 10 of the program's 40 credit hours within their final year of undergrad, before jumping into the graduate program for the remaining 30 units, fast-tracking students to the completion of their MS degree in just one year. Students will gain hands-on experience in the completion of an industry applied project, showcasing strategic HR and business consulting competencies learned in the program.
*All of our courses are offered online synchronous, though the program launches with a required, in-person weekend intensive local to Vanguard University in sunny Southern California.
