The competition has already taken place, but will air Friday evenings, starting January 7th (2011) on OWN (currently the Discovery Health network, turning into on OWN January 1), at 9/8c. “After having written my first play at Vanguard, I’ve never quite shaken the writing bug. I’m just embarrassed it took me so long to think of writing something for myself to act in. But I finally did and after a successful festival run where it took the audience award at the SoCal Independent Film Festival in Huntington Beach, my first short film, MISUSING IRONY, is online.”

He is in his third semester at New York Film Academy. It’s an accelerated program, so he graduates from his MFA program in March of ’12! Then he will start the process of auditioning locally, to which he already has an agent. Some of the ideas he’s hoping to line up are some possible directing projects with some colleges, and also start personal coaching for actors. He loves teaching.
