Tiffany Pugh of Simi Valley, CA, the daughter of Ted and Melinda Pugh, has been named a 2010 recipient of the Ralph Riggs Scholarship, worth $5,000. This scholarship, funded by the Assemblies of God Trust and administered by the Alliance for AG Higher Education, is awarded annually to select students planning to attend an Assemblies of God college/university.
Pugh has chosen to attend Vanguard University, in Costa Mesa, CA, in the fall.
