New Student Housing Forms

Enrollment Management will provide all new students a link to complete the 2017-2018 On-Campus Housing Application or Off-Campus Petition.

Your $400 enrollment deposit must be paid prior to submitting your housing form. We will be unable to process your housing form until your enrollment deposit has been paid.

Returning Student Housing Forms

All returning students are required to complete a new On-Campus Housing Application or Off-Campus Petition for each academic school year.

If you would like to cancel your fall housing, please complete our cancellation form.

  • On or before May 1 will receive a refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations after May 1 will not be refunded.

Summer Housing

Applications for summer housing are due April 14th at 5:00pm. Pricing, deadlines, cancellation policy, and community standard agreement are listed on the application. Please read all sections.

Room Change Request Forms – Spring 2017: New Students Only

New students looking to change rooms for the spring 2017 will need to complete the Room Change Request form and return it to the Residence Life Office by 12pm on Friday, February 10th.
