Transcript Request Information
The Registrar’s Office will be CLOSED beginning Wednesday, 12/24/14 and will reopen on Monday, 1/5/15. All RUSH transcript orders received after 11am, 12/22/14, will be reviewed for processing after the holiday break on 1/5/15. Standard orders may not be fulfilled until on or after 1/5/15, depending on order date.
All transcript requests will be $8 per copy*. Please provide correct amount as no refunds will be given for overpayment. Allow 7 working days for processing. Rush requests cost an additional $25. Rush transcripts are mailed via regular mail. Payment is due at the time the request is made. Transcripts will not be issued to, or on behalf of, any student whose Vanguard student account is not paid in full or whose Federal Perkins loan is delinquent. Teacher Advancement Program (TAP) Students: A student’s course grade may take 2-4 weeks to be received by our system following the completion of the course. Once the student has received their unofficial transcript from the TAP office, the Registrar’s Office will then be able to provide the student with their most up to date official transcript. If a RUSH transcript request is received, the student will be charged the additional RUSH processing fee of $25 even if no grade is on file and the student has indicated to hold for that grade. The Registrar’s Office may have to wait to mail out the transcript until the grade has been received, which may take more than 24 hours. A student who selects RUSH processing after their unofficial transcript is received will have their official transcript mailed out within 24 hours.
*Students graduating 2012 and beyond will receive a complimentary copy of their transcript at the time they receive their diploma.
