Her responsibilities include reviewing all traditional undergraduate and Graduate Education student files for graduation. After review, she notifies them of their graduation status. Additionally, she works with former students who wish to complete their degree. Stephen is an Associate Registrar. His responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day management of the office, the evaluation of transfer work for incoming students in the traditional undergraduate program and the School for Professional Studies (SPS), and supervising student employees. He also reviews applications for graduation for students in SPS, and Graduate Psychology. John is an Associate Registrar. His responsibilities include the evaluation of transfer work for incoming students in the traditional undergraduate program. He compiles the University Catalog, updates the degree audit database with Catalog changes, assists with the development of the Course Schedule, and handles the ordering of diplomas. John also teaches Biblical Studies courses in Vanguard’s traditional programs and in the School for Professional Studies. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and holds several theological degrees, including the DMin. (Fuller), Th.M. (Princeton), and MDiv. Judy is the University Registrar. She is responsible for the interpretation and application of the University’s policies and procedures as they pertain to academic affairs. She serves on various university academic committees. In conjunction with the Deans and her staff, she schedules classes and produces the Course Schedule. Along with the Athletic Department, she is responsible for the certification of student athletes for participation in intercollegiate sports. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Office of the Registrar and manages the staff of the Office of the Registrar.
