Ross Andel ’97 has been accepted into the Ph.D. program in the School of Gerontology at USC (and has been awarded a Haynes Fellowship that provides a significant stipend on top of tuition and fees)! In addition, Ross’ article entitled, “The Application of the Variability of Practice Hypothesis in Alzheimer’s Patients” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Clinical Geropsychology. Congratulations, Ross!

Mandy Vigil ’99 has been accepted into the Vanguard University MFCC program and will be beginning in the fall!
Kyle Turner ’99 was accepted into several graduate programs (Fuller, Rosemead, and Azusa Pacific) and has chosen the Psy.D. program at Azusa Pacific University!
Robb (’89) and Lynn (’97) Munson are living in Fountain Valley with their three children (Josh-13, Rebekah-9, and Rachel-7). Robb is Director of Customer Service for the State of California for Kaiser Permanente. Lynn continues to serve as United Methodist Chaplain at UCI as well as running the College Fellowship and Small Groups at University United Methodist Church in Irvine. Lynn is also on schedule to complete the M.Div. program at Claremont School of Theology in May of 2000.
Carrie (LaRue) Feitl ’98 and Scott are still enjoying life in Camarillo. After working as a second grade teacher, Carrie has decided to pursue a Master’s degree in counseling and guidance and is planning on attending California Lutheran University.
I’m sorry to have to share tragic news. Joy Artemis ’90 was shot and killed during an armed robbery this past month in the San Francisco Bay area.
Wendy Olsen ’89 is Marriage and Family Therapist and Program Manager for Good Samaritan Behavioral Healthcare. Wendy and Chris live in Edgewood, WA and have three children: Lauren 13, Isaac 4, and Ellen, almost 2!
Stacy McLain ’92 has just completed her Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology at CSPP-Los Angeles. Congratulations, Dr. Stacy McLain! Stacy has been researching various aspects of trauma and is preparing a child trauma assessment package for children exposed to domestic violence and child abuse.
