Solidarity Sleep Out

Solidarity Sleep Out
Vanguard University, Heath Lawn
November 18-19, 2011 7pm-7am

Join Vanguard students and community members as we spend the night away from the comfort of our homes, to raise awareness about and resources for homeless young people. We’ll experience a tiny bit of what it’s like to be homeless, sleeping in cardboard boxes or sleeping bags outside at Vanguard University.

To join in at the Solidarity Sleep Out at Vanguard, register today at under the “Vanguard University” team. Help raise money to support homeless youth through Live2free. Live2free exists to challenge a generation to make personal choices that recognize the dignity of the individual and the responsibility of consumers to slow the demand that drives modern day slavery; and to network with others to rescue, rebuild and restore broken lives of victims worldwide. One out of every three kids will be approached by a trafficker within 48 hours of running away from home so by protecting  homeless youth, the demand for trafficking will in turn be curved.
