Learn more about Ensure Justice 2014 Plenary Speaker Shyima Hall, a labor trafficking survivor.

When a 12 year old Egyptian child, trapped as a domestic slave, was rescued from an upscale gated Southern California home, it was because a neighbor had noticed something that wasn’t right. One of the children at the house did not go to school. The neighbor made a phone call that changed Shyima’s life.

Shyima is releasing her memoir Hidden Girl: The True Story of a Modern-Day Child Slave, available January 21, 2014. Pre-order it at Amazon.
