Organizational Psychology
The graduate programs in Organizational Psychology seek to improve organizations and life at work by enhancing people operations with applied evidence based strategies.
These programs prepare students for practice in human resources, applied research and critical analysis, talent acquisition and management, training and development, and other elements of organizational effectiveness.
Master of Science in Organizational Psychology*
The Master of Science in Organizational Psychology is a 40 unit program that equips students with the knowledge and skill set to maximize employee potential in the workplace while offering applied real-life experience.
