::UNIVERSITY TICKETS – AVAILABLE MARCH 1::
Vanguard University would like to introduce University Tickets, which is the online ticket system that we will be using for all three Commencement events (Baccalaureate, Undergraduate and Graduate/Professional Studies Ceremony). Tickets for these events will be issued via an electronic ticket format, similar to Ticketmaster.
E-Tickets will be scanned at point of entry for each guest.
Baccalaureate Ceremony– 15 tickets per graduate
Traditional Undergraduate Ceremony– 7 tickets* per graduate
Professional Studies and Graduate Ceremony– 15 tickets per graduate
*Ticket limits are based on venue seating capacity and number of VU graduates per ceremony.
TICKETS ARE NOT FOR RESALE. ANY GRADUATE FOUND SELLING TICKETS WILL HAVE ALL THEIR GUEST’S TICKETS REVOKED AND GRADUATE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WALK IN THE CEREMONY. DUPLICATE TICKETS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY INTO THE VENUE.

Go to University Tickets- Registration (Registration opens March 1)
Login using your Vanguard Credentials (e.g. James.Smith) and your university password.
Only those approved to graduate by February 24, 2017 will have access to reserve tickets. Updates to ticket registration will occur on Fridays at 3pm. Those approved after February 24 will have access the Friday of the week they are approved.
- Deadline to Register for tickets is Thursday, April 20, 2017.
Unclaimed tickets will be released at the end of day on Friday, April 21, 2017. If available they will be on a first come first serve basis. We will not be taking requests for additional tickets.
There is a 400 seat overflow room at Mariners Church for any guest that does not have a ticket. The ceremonies will also be live streamed at www.vanguard.edu/live
There will be a 300 seat accessible seating section at Mariners Church for guests with a disability and their family members. The main entrance to the ceremony is accessible, as well as the entrance to the auditorium. Please look for accessible seating signs or ask an usher to direct you upon entry. Guests requiring specific requests such as sign language interpreter or assistive hearing devices, are asked to email firstname.lastname@example.org or 714-619-6551. To ensure all accommodations needs are met, we ask that you contact Disability Services by April 7th, 2017.
