Frequently Asked Questions
WHICH OFFICES DO I HAVE TO BE CLEARED WITH IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMENCEMENT CEREMONIES?
You must be approved through both the Registrar’s Office and the Office of Accounting Operations in order to participate in Commencement as well as pick up your cap and gown at either Grad Fest or from the Bookstore. If you have received and “on target” notice from the Registrar’s Office, you have received approval so no additional paperwork is needed. To be approved through the Office of Accounting Operations, your student account must be paid in full. If you have received a Perkins loan, you must also complete and exit interview. After these are complete, you are clear to pick up your regalia. Students must be on target by March 11th to prevent issues with participating in Commencement.
