Adjunct Professor of Chemistry

Ph.D., University of Münster, Germany
Postdoctoral, Molecular Biology & Biochemistry/Structural Biology, University of California, Irvine.
Member of the American Chemical Society (ACS).

Dr. Rosengarth’s major interest lies in protein folding and stability as well as the three-dimensional structure of the membrane-associated proteins. During her postdoctoral studies her research was focused on protein structure determination using X-ray crystallography. She organized research seminars and taught laboratory techniques (in the field of Molecular Biology and Protein Chemistry) to undergraduate and graduate students at UC Irvine. Her research is published in many research journals as well as in books, “The Handbook of Metalloproteins” and “Annexins-Biological Importance and Annexin-Related Pathologies”. At Vanguard University, she teaches mainly General Chemistry.
