Join Live2Free for a Night of Coffee and Spoken Word on Dec. 2

Screen shot 2013-11-26 at 3.08.28 PMStarting at 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 2, Vanguard University’s Live2Free club will host a night of spoken word and coffee to raise awareness for the injustice of human trafficking.

Held in The Cove, the event will feature performances from Live2Free club members and other Vanguard students. Performances will include multiple art forms focused on human trafficking. Also, the club will provide free Fair Trade coffee and desserts for students to enjoy.

The event’s goal is to raise awareness about the injustice and depravity of human trafficking and to take a stand against it. Hosting the event, Live2Free is a club that works to promote human rights and social justice causes. Live2Free partners with Vanguard’s Global Center for Women and Justice on many events.
