My name is Hadiel. I am a 24 y/o female living in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area. I am a full-time graduate student looking for a new roommate as my recent one just moved out of the area. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on Wilson St just off of Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the area, that is very close to the O.C. Fairgrounds and Triangle Square in Costa Mesa. I am looking for someone who is neat/clean, responsible and mature, drama-less, friendly, down-to-earth, oh yeah…and must be female. The deposit would be 300 dollars, and the rent at my apartment is 755/month plus 15 dollars in utilities. The apartment complex has on-site laundry facilities, off-street parking, a pool and Jacuzzi, and management that lives on-site. I am open to moving to a new location if a better deal (money and a good roommate) came along, so anyone who is looking to spend less than the amount I mentioned above, please feel free to contact me as I am open to other suggestions and happy to answer and further questions. I’m really just looking for a good roommate situation.
