Kirk is a partner in the CPA firm of Loftus & Davey, CPAs. He specializes in small business accounting and taxes. He has worked for CPA firms since 1980 and has been with Loftus & Davey since 1987. Kirk has been a CPA since 1983. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation (MT) from Golden Gate University and dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Administration-Accounting & Finance (BS) from California State University Long Beach.

Lee has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Federal & Corporate taxation classes for Vanguard University’s SBM for about 9 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Marketing from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Lee is a CPA and has over 25 years of tax and accounting experience in both the corporate sector and public accounting, including over seven years with one of the Four Big accounting firms. He currently is president of his own public accounting firm in Orange County. Lee and his wife, Jennifer, live in Costa Mesa with their three children: Julie, Jason and Jonathan.

David Myers is a partner in the CPA firm of Vilmure, Peeler & Boucher, LLP.  David specializes in small to medium size business accounting and taxes.  He has worked for CPA firms since 1984 and has been with Vilmure, Peeler & Boucher, LLP since 1992.  He has been a CPA since 1987.  He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation (MST) from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a emphasis in Accounting from The Master's College.

Daniel Sirvent, daniel.sirvent@vanguard.edu
Daniel Sirvent is an Adjunct Professor of Business and Management at Vanguard University.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University, a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Chapman University, and a Certificate of Financial Planning from Boston University.  He has also completed coursework through NY Institute of Finance and is a General Securities Principle holding multiple securities licences including the FINRA Series 24, 7, 63, 65, and 31.  His research interests include applied econometrics, game theory/political economy, financial valuation modeling, risk management and real option approaches to individual and firm decision making strategies under uncertainty.

Currently a Director in the Corporate Finance Group at C.K. Cooper & Company, he is responsible for providing investment banking services to public and private companies in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Markets sectors.  His professional background includes capital markets, corporate finance and FP&A experience with a global investment bank, a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company and a private middle-market M&A advisory firm in southern California.  His corporate finance and business development experience includes public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures with a combined closed transaction value in excess of $1 Billion.  He has also worked as a private portfolio manager exercising discretion over equity, fixed income and derivative trading strategies in separately managed accounts for High Net Worth clients, and he is the CEO and Principal Consultant at Sirvent & Company, providing specialized consulting services to privately held businesses.

He is also a member of Vanguard University's Business Advisory Council, President of the Chapman University MBA Alumni Society and a former licensed minister with the New York District Assemblies of God.
