Instructions: This application is required to apply for any Financial Aid in the Graduate Programs or in the Credential Program and is required before any Financial Aid will be awarded. This includes any outside assistance you may receive as well. All items must be completed. Do not leave any item blank. Use “N/A” or “None” if item does not apply. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you list below when you submit this application.
Please list any form of assistance you expect to receive for your enrollment in the Graduate Program or the Credential Program during 2010/2011. Please indicate "NONE" if there is no expected assistance.
(If you are unsure of how many units you will be taking for each term, please contact your program coordinator to discuss your academic plan for the year. It is important for our office to know how many units you will enroll in since it affects your Financial Aid eligibility.)
The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be completed to apply for federal and state grants and loans. Application can be made online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
